idk Barbecue
About
This wood-fired barbecue operation in Huntsville approaches smoking with the kind of straightforward commitment that comes from doing one thing seriously—no shortcuts, no gimmicks, just meat treated with proper technique and time. The casual setup reflects priorities firmly in the right place: resources go toward the pit and the product, not décor or marketing, which means you're tasting barbecue built on conviction rather than concept.
