Moe's Original Barbecue
About
This is straightforward, unpretentious barbecue that relies on smoke and time rather than shortcuts—the kind of place where the rub and wood selection matter more than the decor. Built on the premise that barbecue should taste like barbecue, the restaurant sources regionally and cooks low and slow, letting the meat speak for itself rather than drowning it in sauce. It's the sort of operation that draws regulars who know exactly what they're getting and wouldn't want it any other way.
