Moe's Original BBQ
About
This slow-smoked barbecue spot operates with the methodical precision of a place that's earned its reputation through decades of consistency, turning out deeply caramelized meats and properly balanced regional sauces that reflect Alabama's particular approach to the craft. The operation focuses on fundamentals—quality smoke, proper temperature control, and respect for the meat—rather than chasing trends, which is why locals keep returning for straightforward, no-nonsense plates that showcase what the pit does best.
